Description
AN420 additive is a multifunctional additive package that offers the ability to easily formulate high quality automatic transmission fluids, using a wide variety of base stocks. AN 420 additive combines durable Zinc free chemistry, ensuring excellent clutch friction performance over many years, with a shear stable dispersant polymethacrylate viscosity index improver. Fluids formulated with AN 420 additive have been approved by all the major oversea original equipment manufacturers for both passenger car and commercial vehicle applications. The result is a package which enables straightforward blending of fluids capable of exceeding the requirements of the major oversea OEM service fill specifications.
Recommended Dosage
AN420 additive is recommended for use at a treatment rate of 10% weight for GM DEXRON III and GM DEXRON IID performance levels and can also be used at 5.7% weight treat for lower performance level applications satisfied by “type A Suffix A”(TASA)fluids.

gentle reminder:
there is no VII component in AN 420 formulation and extra VII will be needed for blending ATF oil ,using method as follows:
ATF Blending Method :
Base oil + Pour point depressant(AN LP-4 with 0.3% dosage)+VII(AN 602HB with 3.0-5.0%) +additive package(AN 420 with 10%)+anti-foam(AN 2# with 50 ppm dosage)
Packing and storage:
Packing: net weight:180kg/drum
Storage: Please refer to SH/T0164 standard when stored, loaded and unloaded, oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75°C. For long-term storage, the suggested temperature is lower than 45°C. The products can’t be easily burned, exploded and have non-corrosiveness.
