Description
AN
2010 is a solid amorphous olefin copolymer designed for use as Viscosity Index
Improver for engine oils. AN 2010 imparts excellent shear stability and low
temperature properties to passenger car motor oils and heavy duty engine oils.
Key Performance Benefits
◎ Narrow molecular weight distribution ,
excellent shear stability.
◎ Low volatile and ash content .
◎ Good thermal oxidation stability .
◎ Excellent low –temperature performance
with good compatibility with multiple PPD.
◎ Easily dissolved in mineral oil and
polyol ester oil.
Recommended Dosage
AN
2010 may be dissolved in a wide range of base oils at 10%-12% wt.% to produce a
liquid Viscosity Index Improver . the following chart includes typical
treat-rates of AN 2010 additive for different viscosity grade of finished oils
