Description
AN86GR is the latest generation of calcium
sulfonate technology for manufacturing water-resistant greases. As a modified
400 TBN overbased calcium synthetic sulfonate, according to specific requirements
of calcium-based grease, some additives with special functions and macromolecule
materials are added, easily producing high-adhesion greases. The grease made by
AN86Gcould be widely used in
the equipments with heavy-load,
humid harsh
working conditions including steels, cement,
and so on.

hydrolytic resistance, bigger specific gravity than water, when touching a lot
of water, there is almost no change of its viscosity.

applicable temperature: -40℃~+180℃, for short-term use:200℃

The thickness of grease blended by AN86Gand
water according to the above formulation could reach #3. The user could adjust
the thickness of grease, proceeding the Boron-Hydroxyl composite reaction, and
add antioxidants, anti-corrosion additives, EP additives and solid paddings
according to the operating conditions and the method for supplying grease.
The process
for producing the grease blended with AN86G
1.
Keep the sealed pressure kettle clean, use the base oil to clean the kettle
three times
2.
Add AN86Gand water
into the sealed pressure kettle based on the above ratio, and seal the pressure
kettle, starting to stir
3.
Heat the mixture to 88-92℃, keeping mixing for 3 hours, and stop until
amorphous calcium sulfonate could be totally changed into crystalline calcium
sulfonate(860-884 could be seen under IR test)
4.
Open pressure release valve, increase the temperature to 140-150℃, and have the
dehydration reaction for 2hours
5.
Add the base oils slowly, adjust the thickness of grease
