Description

AN HTAO-1 is a technically advanced antioxidant providing oils with excellent antioxidation performance and fine thermal stability at high temperature, particularly its excellent long-lasting antioxidation performance, especially to inhibit the oxidation of the oils in post stage. AN HTAO-1 also has fine compatibility, when used with phenylamine and hindered phenolic antioxidant, the antioxidant effect could be enhanced. AN HTAO-1 could perform its function by reacting with the free radicals generated by its oxidation and prevent further oxidative decomposition of the lubricating oils, preventing engine parts from corroding, accelerated wear effects, sludge and deposit formation. With the use of AN HTAO-1, the life of automotive lubricants could be extended and vehicular emissions could be greatly reduced. AN HTAO-1 designed helps fuels and lubricants push the boundaries of the speed, strength, cleanliness, and durability.

Application

◎ Used in high-grade engine oils, heat conducting oils, hydraulic oils, lubricating grease, fuel oils, compressor oils and                         turbine oils.Recommded dosage: 0.25%-0.5%.

◎ Used in the rubber.

Storage

Please refer to SH/T0164, for transportation, storage and oil blending. Keep the temperature not higher than 75℃. For long-term storage the suggested temperature is lower than45℃. The dry, clean and ventilating warehouse is recommended.
