Description

AN HP-19 is ashless Zinc-free anti-wear hydraulic oil additive package formulated by various kinds of excellent components such as Sulfur-Phosphorus-Nitrogen additives and corrosion inhibitor, etc. AN HP-19 could provide the hydraulic oils with wear protection, thermal stability, fine demulsification performance, rust and corrosion protection. The oil lifespan could be obviously extended and equipment could be lasted longer. The oils with AN HP-19 could meet GB11118.1-94L-HM standard. By the assessment of the experimental performance and the high-pressure pump bench test, the products could meet US DENISON HF-0 standard, reaching the advanced level of the similar products in the world. With a little dosage, it could show excellent performances.

Application

◎ Use in ashless anti-wear hydraulic oils, and viscosity grade is N32, N46, N68 and N100.Recommended dosage:0.6-0.8%

◎ Use in ashless air compressor oils.
